It is my great pleasure today to inform you all that the Phi Deuteron Board of Chapter Advisors, in conjuction with the Phi Deuteron Graduate Chapter, has begun the planning for an event truly worthy of celebrating this milestone. On Saturday, April 4, 2009, the Phi Deuteron Graduate Chapter will host the Phi Deuteron 30th Anniversary Gala, a formal dated dinner and reception to commemorate a truly momentous occasion in Phi Deuteron's storied history.
The dated dinner and reception will take place at the Manor Country Club in Rockville, Maryland, perhaps best known as the host for last years FIJI Open event. Many details are still being worked out, however, I can tell you all now that you will be treated to a delicious meal, a premium open-bar, and a DJ and dancing to enjoy the night with.

Graduate Fall/Winter 2008 Happy Hour

The Phi Deuteron Graduate Chapter will be holding it's first Graduate Happy Hour of the semester on Thursday, Feb. 5 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Old Ebbitt Grill in Washington D.C.
We have received numerous responses in the past from many graduates who would love to attend one of our graduate happy hours but cannot make it out to any of the locations on a weekday evening. In response to these concerns, we will be working to vary our locations in the coming months, beginning with a happy hour at the district institution, Old Ebbitt Grill, on Feb. 5.
Many of you may have attended a DC Capital FIJI Happy Hour at Old Ebbitt in the past, and I encourage you to come out for a few hours to enjoy good food and drink with your fellow graduates. Old Ebbitt is located at 675 15th St. in the District, near the White House, museums, and within 5 minutes walking to the Metro Center metro stop.
